After voting in Delhi on 12th May, the country will wait for 19th for the voting and then for 23rd May, 2019 when the election results will be declared. Opposition parties have already begun plotting against BJP and have begun forming an alliance. They are scared of the fact that if BJP surfaces as the strongest and the largest [arty in the Lok Sabha then the President of India might consider BJP for announcing it as the government. This has happened in the past when in 1996 the then President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma has asked BJP (which had 161 seats) to form the government. That time, BJP couldn’t prove its strength and within 13 days, government fell off. However, nobody can ignore that fact that as much as the oppositions can, BJP can also join the scattered pieces i.e. the parties to form a large strength and turn the tide in its favour.
