One of the most controversial citizens of India, politicians of India, and students of JNU Kanhaiya Kumar has been relieved from the title of national treason. Satyendra Jain from AAP didn’t allow proceeding with the case against him on the grounds that Police didn’t follow the instructions regarding treason case while filing it. According to this article, Police force needs to inform the state government first before claiming the blame. However, according to the Delhi Police they have informed on 9th February, 2016.
