Gadkari was keeping low profile as advised by PMO due to his poor health, sources say, it was conveyed that work be distributed to junior ministers to maintain flow of important projects or to opt for some low profile ministry but the minister as known for his workaholic nature refused outrightly and in spite of his poor health continued to take responsibilities. Sources say minister also got issued orders that all postings and transfers are to be effected with approval of minister himself, probably this to curtail interference of other ministries and PMO, noticed earlier when some officers on recommendation of others were taken but they not heeded to the advice of ministers, sources added this is likely to enable minister to keep direct control on officers and help in curbing financial irregularities, if any?
