BJP is very cautious after Haryana and Maharashtra results. From the beginning, BJP has tried a new combination and in Haryana, a Jat dominated state, was handed over to non-Jat and in Maharashtra, a non Maratha, a Brahmin was asked to lead the state government. Voters kept mum but when the chance came to reject approach, Jats voted against BJP, making it difficult for BJP to form the government of its own and had to take the support of Chautala, who strongly criticised BJP during the campaign. Similarly in Maharashtra, Marathas voted against BJP and party struggle to form a government. Taking a clue from past failures BJP leadership instructed Mr Raghuvar Das, a non-Adivasi, to take along Mr Arjun Munda during his tour to all places in the state.Sources say Das has not taken this and cancelled his tour of the state?
