Om Birla, Speaker of Loksabha looks very interesting in foreign tours. Sources say, during his very short tenure to date, he has already visited six countries. Out of six tours he has utilizes two tours to address Indians residing there. Though it is tough for the representative of the country to manage the meeting because no option they are managing whereas in case of PM support from all corners come but here not. Sources say it may be a chance but both the meetings were arranged during his stopovers, the first at Dubai and second at Frankfurt. Seems there is a guideline framed for senior persons to address their respective State persons and others during their visits outside the country. Sources say similar addresses will come in future also?
