BJP always considered the party of a strong base and with a strong force of dedicated workers. The party always preferred to have confidence in party cadre but after coming to power and with new leadership in command, the party probably has shifted from old stand and policies, sources say. BJP  prefers now the leaders, who can win the election without giving weight to the party loyalty or any other considerations.  After 2014 many leaders from other parties joined the party eyeing their future in politics and every election experiences flood of leaders to join, some get tickets also to contest these results in demoralized party cadre.
