Unexpected defeat in the state elections probably forced leadership to have a new set of leaders to deliver. Manoj Tiwari, present state President, was responsible for the outcome but the high command has not to blame defeat on him. To select new President steps already under process and sources say if Tewari fails to get the second term, he will likely be given new responsibilities as State Minister in the cabinet soon?
