A businessman dealing in the chicken is seen throwing chickens due to probably lockdown and swine flu. Sources say they say that by sale they are not even getting half of the price incurred on their feed. Sources say UP state is paying Rs. 40/- per meal to contractors/ NGO, a total of Rs. 120/- per day whereas Rajasthan is paying Rs. 300/- per day. Sources say when the matter was raised UP government officers agreed to raise the cost up to Rs. 70/- per meal but sources say the matter is still changing hand from one table to other and no final order issued.
