After September the havoc of flood will recede and electioneering will pick up. In this pandemic period it is difficult to campaign rigorously but the negotiations for seat adjustments still going on. JD(U) is asking for 20 more seats to contest, sources say BJP is ready to give 5 seats more than they proposed to contest but Nitish Kumar is adamant and if the negotiation fails there is every likely hood that President rule will be imposed and elections will be held under the direct supervision of the central government. Sources say everyone knows how the central leadership manages elections with their untiring efforts?
