The term of Gulam Nabi Azad is completing in February ‘21, sources say going by the present equation in the party of Mr Azad it is not likely to get another term.  Azad is from Kashmir and party is not having strength nor vacancy re-nominate him, sources say similarly Anand Sharma is also completing his term of Rajya Sabha in March, he is also having an eye on the vacancy of Rajya Sabha but getting renominated is difficult. Mr Khadge, one leader in the Lok Sabha is also a claimant for the position due to his experience of Lok Sabha but his nomination is a point to be considered, sources say from Rajasthan only nomination likely to be taken place. Khadge is still close to the party senior leaders and the possibility of his nomination to Rajya Sabha can not be ruled out. Sources say Congress party is trying to re-establish its lost glory and select leaders to represent in forums more forcefully the principle of party and also the achievements?
