Uddhav Thackeray is the CM of Maharashtra but sources say that conflict between Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and ex-Chief of Mumbai Police Paramveer Singh has proved that shots are being played by Sharad Pawar, though officially not having any position but most important role in running the government. Sources say, all important portfolios like, home and finance are with NCP and ministers take probably dictation from Pawar, who is now out of mess once troubling him. Sources say CM wants to change the ministry of  Deshmukh but whether it will be done is not very sure?
