Chief Secretary of Bihar government died of Corona. It’s the misery of the state government that top-class bureaucrats could not get the bed in the Patna Medical College and had to go to the private hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to corona. Sources say on 15 after getting affected with Corona he approached the Health Minister with the request to arrange for one bed in PMCH for himself but after refusal approached the private hospital. The entire bureaucracy is disturbed with this unprecedented happening, the political bosses already disturbed with similar situation and collapse of the entire health infrastructure?
