The HM wanted to ally with small parties and bring back the small party leaders who left the alliance in between. Sources say he wanted to have an alliance with Sanjay Nishad party and also bring him as MLC but the CM of UP is having his own style of working, the alliance is still to take place though Mr Nishad has been cleared for MLC by the highest authority before leaving for a foreign tour. Sources say the tour program of all districts of HM, yet to take off, his plan to have Keshav Prasad Maurya, a close confidant, as state President also not materialized.
