Bhakt Charan Das PCC in charge of Bihar state Congress prepared a list of delegates and submitted it to Tarique Anwar but strangely when got examined names of Tarique Anwar and Ms Meera Kumar were missing though the list was signed by the PCC chief and members source says. The list was submitted to the high command on the 18th and here only the missing names were added source says.
