Kalyan Chakravarthy IAS officer Assam-Meghalaya 1995 batch who is presently Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Panchayat & Rural Development, Cultural Affairs and Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Departments and Chairman, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts has been relieved from additional charge of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of Assam.
