Parag Jain IPS officer Punjab 1989 batch presently Secretary(R) has been given additional charge of Secretary Security, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India. He is second R&AW chief after K.C Verma who was appointed as Secretary Security/ looking after SPG affairs.
