    RSS and BJP are in a dilemma about the successor of Nadda. Both have suggested many names to each other to reach a consensus but seems no final decision has been arrived source says. After the Mathura meeting of RSS, the name of Murlidharan Rao, a staunch follower of the RSS came out though it was in the air that Rao had distanced himself from RSS and his no activity in sight was supporting the view that he was gone in the backdrop source says. It learnt that he was working behind the curtain for one very senior BJP leader and on his advice only kept himself a low profile source. Rao started from ABVP and was very active in party politics but all of a sudden vanished from media galore source says. BJP after Haryana and Maharashtra victory likely to have its own choice as president of party source says. Rao is junior but keeping the South in mind BJP feels that his presence in the party is to boost the party's prospects in the South source says. B L Santosh and Ram Madhav also figured as tentative candidates but Rao is considered more suitable in comparison source says.
