Vivek Joshi IAS officer Haryana 1989 batch, who is presently posted as Registrar General and Census Commissioner, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has been given in-situ upgradation as Registrar General and Census Commissioner in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
