Sandeep Kumar IAS officer AGMUT AGMUT 1997 batch, who is presently posted as Secretary(H&FW) has been transferred as Secretary-cum Commissioner(Development. He will also hold the additional charges of Secretary(WCD) and Secretary(SW) Government of Delhi. He will continue to be designated as Nodal Officer for e-Samiksha Portal.
