Raj Kumar Goyal IAS officer AGMUT 1990 batch, who is presently posted as Special Secretary& Financial Advisor, MEA, Government of India has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre(On MHA's Request) . Sources say that he is an emerging contender for the next Delhi CS. One can wait and watch.
