Amit Kumar IAS officer Punjab 2010 batch, who is presently posted as Special Secretary Personnel with the additional charge of MD Punjab Small Industries Export Corporation, Government of Punjab has been given additional charge of Special Principal Secretary to Chief Minister of Punjab.
