B.V.R Subrahmanyam IAS officer Chhattisgarh 1987 batch, who is presently posted as Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director Indian Trade Promotion Organization(ITPO) on a contract basis for a period of two years by the Government of India.
