Umesh Mishra IPS officer Rajasthan 1989 batch, who is presently posted as DG, Rajasthan Police has been appointed as DGP of Rajasthan. Sources say that surprisingly the Rajasthan Government has overlooked seniority and made Mishra as DGP bypassing three IPS officers.
