Government Undecided Over Sinha's Proposal: R&AW Chief To Move NTRO?

In a ground-shaking development in the power corridors, it has been learned from well-placed top sources that South Block is planning to reshuffle some big faces, it has been said that after Dhasmana completed his tenure as NTRO Chief, the proposal of appointing Arun Sinha as next NTRO Chief got floated, however, it seems that Government is having second thoughts over Sinha and South Block's delaying tactics and silence speaks surprises and in this case, South Block is discussing to bring a surprise.
