As the deadline for sending names to the state government of Nagaland by UPSC ends today, the silent hints started to drop. Top sources say that if the government goes with the panel then there is a high probability that a Nagaland cadre officer may win the game. However, top sources also say that everything is under the overhang of "Inter cadre deputation". If the center decides to send someone on Inter cadre deputation then the tables might turn. It would be interesting to see which would prevail, panel or Inter cadre deputation? Sources suggest.
