Gopal Krishna Dwivedi IAS officer Andhra Pradesh 1993 batch who is presently posted as Principal Secretary Panchayati Raj, Government of Andhra Pradesh has been transferred as Special Commissioner Rythu Bharosa Kendramas, Andhra Pradesh Government and Principal Secretary State Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has also been given full additional charge of Principal Secretary animal husbandry fisheries and dairy development, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
