Ranbir Singh IAS officer AGMUT 1991 batch who is presently posted as Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi, State Election Commission, ECI has been given vigilance clearance from 13th May 2023 to 21st May 2023 for his private foreign visit to New York, US to attend the convocation of his son. He is scheduled to retire on 31st August 2023.
