In a major development in the power corridors a file of a DANICS officer was discreetly examined after he suspiciously got into the spotlight, top sources say. Top sources in MHA and Delhi Government have revealed that upon examination some explosive shady tale was unraveled. It has been said that this DANICS officer during his tenure as SDM Najafgarh committed a major foul play with local residents. In a discrete communication, we have accessed the copy of the complaint which distressed local residents of Najafgarh submitted to the office of LG Delhi way back in 2009 when Sheila Dixit was Chief Minister of Delhi. The complaint dates- 29th May 2009 diary no- SER/09/7864 marked to Secretary Services of Delhi Government and then forwarded to Additional Secretary Services on 1st June 2009 for taking further action. Surprisingly, this complaint was laid to rest or misplaced during earlier regimes but after a discrete and a brief digging, top administrative offices have got this complaint which reveals explosives and a shady tale about this DANICS officer. " A preliminary examination of the complaint shows that he(DANICS officer) had suppressed and harassed the local and poor residents of Najafgarh to run his shady business of corruption and some one sided administrative orders maybe for extraneous interests were also done as per the complaint of local residents which require thorough examination, a top source said. The local residents flagged that he had been shielded by some senior IAS officers who always saved his skin whenever he reaches near to face an inquiry back then, even then on ground examination of local residents shows that very few opened their mouths against him because of fear and terror. However, top sources said that the old days were gone now, things and times have changed, and LG and CS have zero tolerance on corruption and immoral practices" A top source add that considering that the then Lakshawdeep Chief Secretary has already red-flagged his conduct and performance in a written communication to Delhi quite a time back and now this complaint resurfacing from pile of dust flagging serious charges of malpractices and corruption, both these developments do indicate that his stage is not clear and demands inquiry and action against him". Now in the context and light of PM's recent speech at CBI Headquarters that "Dont Spare Corrupt However Powerful" it would be interesting to see how senior competent authorities handle the situation because they have a major responsibility to stand on the promise made to Hon'ble Prime Minister.
