Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar IPS(UK:1989) has authored a book with Ex- DRDO scientist O.P Manocha. The book titled "Cyber Encounters" was released today at IIT Delhi at 4 PM. The book's foreword has been penned by Shri Amitabh Bachchan and published by Penguin Random House. Many senior IPS officers- DG ITBP and Delhi Police Commissioner attended the book launch event. The book delivers insight into the evolving cybercrime landscape and interesting cases encountered by the top cop. The Hindi version of the book is also available.
