The Reshuffle Map of Special Commissioners: Tight Adjustments And Close Calls?

As newly arrived Special CPs are waiting to unfold their wings to adjust themselves to decent positions in the Delhi Police Headquarters, a reshuffle at the Special CP level seems to be imminent. Though the order of Special CP reshuffle is expected next week. According to top sources, the reshuffle map looks quite interesting, sources add Satish Golcha is most likely to replace Laltendu Mohanty as Special CP Provising. After arrival from A&NI  Neeraj Thakur most likely to replace Garima Bhatnagar as Special CP Intelligence, it is said that Bhatnagar most likely be Special CP Licensing Cell, a charge under ad-hoc arrangement with Sanjay Singh. Special Commissioner of EOW, Shalini Singh most likely fill the vacant post of Special CP Training after Mukesh Meena retired in May. Returning after four years, Tajender Luthra is most likely to replace Singh as Special CP EOW. The most senior officer among all who returned to Delhi Police after decades- Manoj Lal will be Special CP Media Perception. Though, Lal has only a few weeks because he is scheduled to retire this month. Now, the interesting part of the reshuffle lies with two divisions- Traffic and Law Order, according to top sources, R.P Upadhaya is most likely to replace one Special CP of Traffic Division. It is quite uncertain where the incumbent Special CP of the traffic division will land, sources say that he may fill the vacancy of Special CP Tech&Ops which will arise after Sanjay Singh's retirement next month, or there is quite a possibility that the Law&Order division might see a new face.
