Gurkirat Kirpal Singh IAS officer Punjab 2001 batch, who is presently posted as Secretary, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer with additional charge as Tourism, Cultural Affairs, Secretary Mines and Geology has been transferred as Administrative Secretary, Home Affairs and Justice with additional charge as Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Secretary Mines and Geology Government of Punjab.
