G20 was not only about the markswomen team in the field there were women IPS officers who backed them, supervised and executed the operations. According to top sources, the operational landscape was divided into three zones- 1) Airport, 2)Bharat Mandap, 3) Rajghat, with an added layer of the security detail of heads of state, Traffic and Area Surveillance. Special CP Nuzhat Hassan was supervising the Airport operations, with one second-in-command serving as Airport commander Joint CP Suman Goyal. The Bharat Mandam venue's arrangements were looked after by Delhi Police's PRO Suman Nalwa, who was also parallelly managing the media and information flow, and the security of the ITPO tunnel was handled by DCP Amurtha Guloth. The most interesting part and challenging part was keeping check on the digital surveillance, DCP Pratiksha Godhra was responsible for managing the CCTV operations at Bharat Mandap. The second day of the summit began with Rajghat visit by the world leaders where Special CP EOW Shalini Singh was supervising the operations with second in command of Joint CP Sindhu Pillai, followed by DCP G20 Shweta Chauhan and DCP Security Anjitha Chepyala. Whereas, Additional CP Traffic Geeta Rani and DCP Esha Pandey ensured smooth traffic management on the ground and kept watch on the real-time movements. The most sensitive and challenging was managing the security detail of VVIPs and heads of the state, The security detail of French President Emanuel Marcon and close liaison with central agencies was looked after by DCP Tanu Sharma. Joint CP South Mrs. Meenu Chaudhary handled the unexpected jugglings where some heads of state paid surprise visits, the Italian PM visited a restaurant in Mehrauli, and the French President visited Qutub Minar. The most exhaustive and challenging was to lead and supervise the platoon of 400 to guard the Bharat Mandap and mount advance surveillance was efficiently handled by Lakshmi Kanawat.
