Ravi Shankar Prasad, IAS officer Assam-Meghalaya 1990 batch, who is presently posted as ACS/DG Assam Administrative Staff College and Chairman Assam Administrative Tribunal, has been designated as Special CS Environment and Forest, Government of Assam. He will continue to hold the charge of DG Assam Administrative Staff College and Chairman Assam Administrative Tribunal He has also been given additional charge of Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhavan, New Delhi.
