In a major development it has been learned from top sources that three chief secretaries are most likely to pack up. Top sources add that Chief Secretaries of Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Goa will most likely return to Delhi. While the incumbents top guns in Delhi Government- Gyanesh Bharti and Manish Gupta are most likely to move out of Delhi. Interestingly, the Chief Secretary of Puducherry, Rajiv Verma, is also in line to move out from Puducherry. It is also interesting to note that Bharti was in line for central deputation; however, nothing seemed to materialize for him. If things for Bharti remain dry, he will most likely move out of Delhi. It has been said that Rajiv Verma is likely to move to Arunachal, Manish Gupta is most likely to replace Renu Sharma as Chief Secretary of Mizoram, and Gyanesh Bharti is likely to replace Puneet Goyal as Chief Secretary of Goa. The Chief Secretary level reshuffle is expected to begin after Republic Day.
