Manipur DGP Rajiv Singh's elder brother Sanjay Singh passed away in New Delhi yesterday evening at AIMS due to cardiac arrest. He was 59. DGP Rajiv Singh said that cremation will be done tomorrow at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.
