Considering the developing Law and order situation on the outskirts of Delhi, the recently issued transfer/appointment order of various ranks from DCP to Special CP level has been frozen/standby for the time being, top sources said. This means that the effect of orders or immediate relieving of the officers has been put on hold. As far as MHA's order is concerned, where Special CPs have been shifted out of Delhi, the relieving of officers concerned has also been put on hold.
