In a major development it has been learned that new names have emerged for race of incoming Chief Secretary appointments. According to top sources, Chandavelou IAS: UT:1997 presently Principal Secretary to CM is most likely to be next Chief Secretary of Goa. While, K.R Meena IAS UT: 1993 presently Additional Secretary Minority Affairs is most likely to be next Chief Secretary of Mizoram.
Interestingly, A&NI may also see a new chief secretary after the incumbent Keshav Chandra is said to soon be moving to Delhi. Sources say that Chandra Bhushan Kumar IAS: UT 1995 is most likely to be appointed as Chief Secretary of Andaman&Nicobar Islands.
