Corruption Saga of Delhi Police Knocks Doors of Two Special CPs

The saga of corruption within Delhi Police, a persistent issue, has prompted robust action from the CBI. The CBI's interventions, particularly the sweeping raids, are shedding light on the extent of corruption within the lower ranks of the Delhi Police. It's worth noting that the top echelons of the Delhi Police, which seemed to be operating off the radar for months, have been caught off guard. 

Top sources say two Special CPs came under scanner  after they were caught off guard post-release of a transfer list of Inspectors, where tainted officers facing Departmental Inquiries have been given postings as Inspectors. Sources add that after an internal examination, a reasonable suspicion was raised, which has come under the notice of the top brass of Delhi Police.  It has been said that these two Special CPs are set to be transferred out in the upcoming Special CP reshuffle, which is scheduled to take place around end of November.
