    R.A Chandrashekhar IPS officer Andhra Pradesh 1991 batch presently posted as Special Director, SIB Mumbai has been transferred to Delhi on promotion as Special Director, IB HQ, New Delhi. Sources say that after Harniath moved out Chandrashekhar has become number two in the Intelligence Bureau.
