R.P Upadhayay former IPS officer AGMUT 1991 batch has been appointed as Whole Time Member PG Cell with additional charge of Chairman PG Cell, Delhi Government. He has taken over charge as Member PG Cell and will have tenure of three years. He served as Special Cell Chief of Delhi Police and had also served on various prestigious foreign assignments, especially with UN Peacekeeping forces.
