In a major development Centre has re-designated the post of UT adviser to administrator to Chief Secretary. The decision to abolish the post of UT Advisor applies on Chandigarh and Ladakh. After the decision the post of UT Adviser remains only in two UTs Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu and Lakshadweep.
