In a major development it has been learned from top sources that ACS Home Anurag Rastogi is most likely to be appointed as next Chief Secretary of Haryana. Sources add that despite six month service left Rastogi may also get one year extension in June this year. Sources further add that Rastogi's name almost given green light from top brass and order is expected any time soon.
