    1-Chandra Prakash Goyal IRS: 1991 empanelled to Principal DG 

    2-Mrs Prachi Saroop IRS C&IT 1991 batch empanelled to Principal DG level

    3- Manas Ranjan Mohanty IRS: 1992 batch promoted to Principal Chief Commissioner 

    4- Navin Kumar Jain IRS: 1992 promoted Chief Commissioner Customs and Indirect Taxes

    5- BA. V Srininvasa Rao IRS: 1995 batch promoted Principal Commissioner 

    6- Lalit Prasad IRS:IT: 1995 batch promoted to Principal Commissioner
