Following the sudden departure of Chandigarh DGP S S Yadav a week ago, the race for his successor is now in full swing in Delhi. Top sources reveal that three Special CPs are vying for the coveted position of the next Chandigarh DGP. These include Special CP Law& Order-II Madhup Tiwari, Rajesh Khurana, returning from central deputation(CRPF), and Special CP Intelligence Sagar Preet Hooda. It has been said that Khurana is a frontrunner for the next Chandigarh DGP.

Furthermore, top sources suggest that a potential reshuffle at the Special CP level is also in the pipeline, possibly coinciding with the appointment of the new Chandigarh DGP. It is been said that Garima Bhatnagar and Anand Mohan might be heading for central deputation, while R.S Yadav could be bidding adieu to Delhi soon.
