    R.D Dhiman former IAS officer Himachal Pradesh 1988 batch presently State CIC  has been appointed as Chairperson of Himachal Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority(RERA). He served as Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh for period of six months in 2022.
