Pratyay Amrit IAS officer Bihar 1991 batch who is presently posted as ACS Health and Disaster Management Department, Government of Bihar, has been appointed as Special Duty (OSD) in the office of the Chief Secretary of Bihar. He will take over charge from incumbent Chief Secretary on 1st September 2025.
