According to sources, it has been reported that a DPC meeting was held on 26 August 2025 to consider the promotion of DANIPS officers to IPS officers. Sources indicate that ten DANIPS officers, including one from PONDICS, are being considered for promotion to the Indian Police Service (IPS) against the available vacancy of 10 inductees. According to seniority, the ten DANIPS officers are as follows:-
1- Shive Keshari Singh 2- Vinit Kumar 3- Aynesh Roy 4- Chepyala Anjitha 5- Sukant Shailja Ballabh 6- Sukhraj Katewa 7- Krishan Kumar 8- Ashish Anan 9- Kamal Pal Singh Malhotra 10- Pankaj Kumar
