Yogi has constituted two groups, one of fifteen members taken from his ministry and some bureaucrats the other is of eleven members with political persons and the bureaucrats. Sources say team eleven is advising him on COVID-19 related matters and team fifteen on all political and related matters. Sources say that team fifteen advised Yogi to defer elections of District Panchayat Adhyaksh and Block Pramukhs on the plea of Corona because the ground realities are not in favor of BJP and SP likely to get the majority. The election was to be held between 15 to 20 th March. Agreeing to the advice Yogi deferred the election for June, sources say.
