Congress party to have a new president in place of Pritam Singh but due to Punjab problems announcement is deferred because Harish Rawat is in charge of Punjab, sources say. The name of Ganesh Gaundiwal, two time MLA is in the race, he is from Paudi. Pritam Singh, present President and from the ST community is pushing the name of Aryendra Sharma, a one-time close confidant of Late Narayan Dutt Tewari. In any case, Harish Rawat is likely to be the CM face in the election and Pritam Singh will also get some important position if the government is formed by Congress, sources say?
