Madan Mohan Jha Submitted Resignation

Bihar state President was asked on 14th to submit his resignation source says. He traveled to Delhi to submit the paper but wanted to hand over the paper to Mrs Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi in person and tried but after getting no response rushed to 10 Janpath, Madhavan met him and conveyed the message to handover papers to Rahul Ji source says. Jha narrated that he is trying an audition with Rahul for months but could not get any response source says Madhavan contacted the office of Rahul Gandhi and got an appointment for Jha. Vidyarthi, also from Bihar met him at his residence of Rahul and received the paper but his desire to speak to Rahul could not be materialized during his stay Rahul entered the room and after hearing his words that he has already submitted the paper just said ok and left the room source says. The entire exercise to meet the top of the party of Jha remained unfulfilled but the source says this attitude towards the party-state chief is likely to create an unpleasant image of leadership amongst state leaders, who are the actual architects of the party?
